Dear Readers,
I have to admit, this thread is an example of a good discussion and it stayed civil for the most part. Emotional? Hell Yes - to be expected! I stay back on the sidelines cheering the search for Kyron, for the most part. There are times when I need to speak up, 98% time I ignore it, I am not a hater, not a fighter, not a troll. I will not post things I know nothing about but I do ask questions. I require validation, knowing where 'said info' came from. This is the basis for healthy debate and the real information is there to "think" from. I wear the same shoes as the majority who believe in talking truth from a reality perspective based on fact..

There are still many myths, fallacies and people chasing unicorns so, I wanted to set a few things straight. I cannot answer every detail line for line but grouped the main issues which Mary Bowman asked right off the bat...

This page has said nothing about Desiree benefiting, why do you ask that?

Where's the money, Mary? How is it being used? Why hasn't Terri seen Kiara since June? In a nutshell - if Terri says anything in court about custody of Kiara - I mean ANYTHING - LE can run with it. An innocent comment can come back to haunt her."

"Kaine's main benefit from this tragedy has come through his behavior, levering the situation u into full custody of his daughter, denying her any contact with her mother, discrediting his wife completely in hopes that she will never have a...ccess to her daughter. Normally a stay at home mom's "domain" in a divorce is the family home but Kaine got her ousted from that. By utilizing information he claims to have gotten from LE, putting it into court documents that were released to media, Terri's credibility has been destroyed and she as been subject to attacks such as the ones on Facebook. Kaine's reputation has been scrupulously protected by LE and media throughout this.

Kaine has become a celebrity by appearing frequently on local and national TV. He can call a press conference and get people to show up. He releases statements and they are published. He has created a foundation that is purported to be for Kyron but as far as we have been told, none of that money has been spent to search for Kyron or on anything. Donations have been received and fundraisers are held to add money to this foundation. We are told the purpose is to "raise awareness" of Kyron and eventually to help other families. Kaine has complete control over that foundation that is said to be seeking tax deductible nonprofit status. The more money accumulates in there, the more influence goes along with the potential spending of it. That, along with Kaine's rising celebrity, has tangible financial value. I'm not saying there is anything illegal about this. I'm sure it is entirely proper.

We don't know if Kaine had plans to divorce Terri before Kyron disappeared. We do know that he never put her name on the title to their home. If he was planning a divorce, this tragedy tipped the divorce entirely in his favor. My opinion is that Kaine has used this situation to his benefit in many ways, the least of which is financial."

TK, Did you mortgage your home to make a huge donation? Is your phat purse dangling on a bet on how all this plays out? Did you have to fire the pool boy? Just what is your obsession on the Foundation Funds?

FACT: The Foundation is not required to report publicly how any of the funds are spent.

Go study the rules for an Oregon Non-Profit - Come back to point out where it is required by Oregon to disclose to public what & how funds are distributed.

Who are the PR Managers you are talking about -- names? I understand the judge retired so needed to delay to get familiar, I believe that helps TH so the judge can be fair. Houze and his client appear to have been playing games all along. Are we watching the same case?"


FACT: Kaine manages PR himself. Kaine's current PR managers are named Telephone, Voice-mail and email.
Provide a link or quoted source to validate your PR claims.


FACT: There is a team of dedicated volunteers working 24/7 with Kaine and Des on many projects with several networks and agencies which are not to be discussed or published until finalized or ready for public awareness.

FACT: MCSO and other agencies continue searches with the on-going investigation, the MCSO Donations funds have gone to these efforts.

FACT: No one knows what additional private agencies may have been hired or utilized to search for Kyron, obviously this would not be public knowledge because its an on-going criminal investigation.

Why Do the KHATERS keep saying "Why isn't Kaine searching...?"
How does anyone know he's not?

FACT: Kaine is out EVERYDAY doing something to find his son, Kyron.

btw - Did you know?
Oregon and Washington is made up of mainly forest, hills, trees, mountains, farms, rivers, ocean shores, open fields, long stretches of hiway, isolated lakes and generally expansive and widespread ...where should he start searching on his own? The searching has been extensive with the professionals. I just cannot see what else he can do other than what he IS doing. Where should HE be searching?

FACT: Harry Oakes does not have magical powers.

(IMO) I suspect its good reason and there is enough info out there for people to make an educated guess why he may have not been selected to work with Kyron's case.

FACT: Not all efforts require media to document Kaine's every move to find his son. Just because its not in the news, does not mean that things are not being done.

- Flier Challenge Campaigns From all legit Kyron Sites/FB Pages/Supporters
- Mailing Campaigns by any supporter downloading fliers or requesting by mail

FACT: Many rumors or "I heard..." is not fact

I'll offer a single response to the multitude of Heidi Brooks posts repeating 'Trolls this..Trolls that' and mention trolling other missing persons pages... Thanks for your input Heidi, everyone can read them in the screen shots above and that is another blog topic in itself. Also, the other blogs above are perfect example of this behavior from your peers.

I rarely post but I have to put my .02 cents in here. First of all this is NOT the United States it's Facebook and I am pretty sure FaceBook is global so freedom of speech is iffy at best. The right to opinion is not something only the United States is entitled to. With that being said.. As an advocate of endangered and abused children I am disgusted by so much of the behavior that goes on a lot of these pages.. At least the Anti page has a few members who have actually done a lot of work in the effort to get Ky's name out there and in making other pages that are all about him..

Please tell me again what the point of this page is except to bash an innocent father. You talk about how terri hasn't even been named a suspect..Well Kaine hasn't even been looked at like terri was.
